KINGMAN – On Thursday, February 28, City of Kingman Mayor Jen Miles and the Kingman Clean City Commissioner Clerence Russell awarded certificates and prizes to top winning students in the 2019 American Recycles Day poster and essay contest at the Power House Visitor Center. MCC Public Information Officer James Jarman said the applicant evaluation score sheets are being tabulated by Chief Human Resources Officer Jennie Dixon.
