New closure in effect next week- KINGMAN – Kino Avenue between Irving Street and Kenneth Street will be closed starting the morning of September 16, through 5 p.m., September 26. The project to install a new water transmission main on Kino Ave., between Arizona Street to the Mohave Wash, started August 12. Portions of Kino Ave. will be closed throughout the project, and detours will be in place for street closures.
