LAKE HAVASU CITY – Lake Havasu City is undergoing a water and wastewater utility rate study. Arpaio makes appearance in Golden Valley

Former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, center, was joined by former Graham County Sheriff Richard Mack as two top headliners of a constitutional rally at Great American Pizza Company in Golden Valley Saturday.  Arpaio was signing copies of his books and both sheriffs were delivering speeches on how other law enforcement leaders can enforce and uphold constitutional law in their respective communities.
