KINGMAN, Ariz. – As of June 2, 2021, the City of Kingman Utility Billing Department has resumed sending delinquent notices on past due bills, and will resume non-pay disconnects June 14.. The idea came up at a casual member breakfast and quickly gained support in the organization. “A couple of us are retired cops,” said Paul, a Pharoahs member. It seemed natural to give back to first responders. With raffles, awards, food, and other activities the all-day event brought 136 cars and included Pharoahs members from out-of-state. KINGMAN – The Kingman Crossing Interstate 40 interchange project spearhead by Kingman Regional Medical Center was the subject of a report city manager Ron Foggin presented at the June 1 council meeting. Foggin said the hospital exercised its contractual right in its development agreement with city to place the project in a pandemic pause more than a year ago.
