LAKE HAVASU CITY – The London Bridge Republican Women Dinner will be held on Monday, September 13, at Shurgrue’s Restaurant and Bar in the Bridgeview Room. Classes have started at Mohave Community College and students are back on campus. Dr. Trever Holland introduced himself in his English 101 class this morning on the Neal Campus in Kingman. KINGMAN – Mohave County supervisors have opted for compromise after voting Aug. 16 for immediate termination of a lease allowing the Fair Association to operate the Fairgrounds facilities in Kingman and hold events there. A 3-2 vote during a special Aug. 19 board meeting will instead terminate the lease at the end of this year.
