LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Lake Havasu City Police Department is seeking re-accreditation through the Arizona Association of Chiefs of Police (AACOP) Arizona Law Enforcement Accreditation Program (ALEAP).  Accreditation is a progressive and time-proven method of assisting law enforcement agencies in measuring and improving their overall performance. KINGMAN – Seven members of the Kingman Young Marines joined with other units from around the nation who came together to honor the service of our WWII service members, past and present during the 80th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor.   As part of the Pearl Harbor program Young Marines participated in Wreath-laying at the National Memorial of the Pacific, carried banners in the Pearl Harbor Day Memorial Parade and helped man the many floats that paid tribute to the survivors and family members of those who died on December 7, 1941.  The Kingman Young Marines had one added…

KINGMAN – The new year will be an exciting one for drivers who use US 93 between the Phoenix area and Kingman as the Arizona Department of Transportation advances one major project to increase capacity and starts another.
