Police officer lauded

Dear Editor, In a world that seems a little crazy and with so many negative comments, I wanted to take the time to share my appreciation for a Kingman Police Officer.  During my workday, I was required to involve the police in a situation. Officer Ashley Walker was the one we were fortunate enough to have show up. She understood special needs and treated the family with compassion and understanding. Child pornographer gets 10 years

LAKE HAVASU CITY – A ten-year prison term was ordered Monday for a Lake Havasu City man who admits downloading child pornography that he viewed for sexual stimulation. Larry Henderson, 28, must also register as a sex offender while serving lifetime probation following his release from the Arizona Department of Corrections. An investigation began last fall when the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children task force informed Lake Havasu police that someone uploaded at least 23 images of child pornography from Henderson’s home in the 3000 block of whirlwind Lane.
