We see so much change taking place in this our United States, demonstrations (often not peaceful), anti-police and anti-establishment. History of our country destroyed by way of statues torn down, graffiti writing and burning. Much of this is being done by young and middle-aged persons, people of all colors, and seem to know no history or facts.
Racism, anti-police and anti-establishment seem to be their calling card, really! Up until now we have had less discrimination in this country, and we have made great progress if anyone wants to look at the truth, we also need some further improvement. We now see reverse discrimination; they now look at the color white as racist. Black Lives Matter is being promoted at all levels, take the time to look at their actual policy, it promotes anarchy (a state of disorder due to absence or nonrecognition of authority), which I am sure many demonstrators do not understand. I would be surprised if the people of Mohave County would support their flag, or policy. All lives matter and we all were created equal, that is what we should be supporting.
In my 79 years I would never have imagined I would see our United States where it is today and where it might be heading. Universities that are so far left and anti-establishment, actually promote racism, against white color. Students (people) demonstrating know little if anything of history, destroying what they know nothing about, or what it truly represents.
We are looking at one of our most important times in the next few months, one of the most important years, elections, local, state, and federal. We need change at all levels, new people that will stand up for all of us, not just the businessmen and the elite. Take the time and learn about the people who want your vote. Let up hope our local news media will do the best to inform us.
