Women Making History celebrating 40th year

KINGMAN – The Women Making History executive committee has announced the celebration date for 2024.  The ceremony has been scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday March 3, 2024, at St. John’s United Methodist Church, 1730 Kino Ave.  This will be the 40th year to honor outstanding women in the Mohave County area.  The theme this year is Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Insane Asylum, Ghost Walk featured for Halloween

KINGMAN – Beale Street Theater will host a haunted Halloween experience, “Insane Asylum,” at 519 E. Beale St. The experience will be held Oct. 20, 21, 27, and 28 from 6 to 10 p.m. Tickets are $10. The theater will also host their annual Ghost Walk on the same dates. Tickets for the Ghost Walk are $15 for adults, $10 for teens ages 12 – 17, and $5 for children ages 4 – 11. Tickets for both events may be purchased at bealestreettheater.com or at the door.
