KINGMAN – Another defendant has been sentenced in a bizarre case in which an estranged Kingman couple admitted disposing the body of their teenage son before reporting him missing to law enforcement authorities early this year. Charges are still pending against Amber Leah-Valentine, 41, but Jon Imes, 42, appeared for sentencing Oct. 13 after pleading guilty to abandonment of a dead body. Supervisors approved Schuster’s request to use $2.94-million to purchase a newly constructed building at 6534 Showplace Drive to replace the antiquated substation on Highway 95. We need less dirt throwing, more positivity

EDITOR’S NOTE: The following is in response to Lloyd Dickson’s letter of Oct. 4, “Who Would Consider Voting for Trump”. Dear Editor, In America we are supposed to settle our political differences via the ballot box, and not in legal charges, especially those with substantial legal deficiencies.  For Mr. Dickson’s information, the Democrats have disputed each election won by Republicans in my long memory.  Today they call such disputes “crimes”. So, my question for Mr. Dickson is why don’t you spend your time and effort producing letters designed to convince Republicans as to why they should vote for the candidate…
