Talent show to be held under London Bridge

LAKE HAVASU CITY – In celebration of London Bridge Days, Lake Havasu’s Parks and Recreation will host their annual Youth Talent Show on Thursday, Oct. 26 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the stage under the London Bridge.  The Youth Talent Show was originally created by Donna Best-Carlton. Best-Carlton was the Recreation Supervisor for 30 years. Animals survive house fire

BULLHEAD CITY – On October 23, at approximately 11:39 a.m., Bullhead City Fire crews were dispatched to a reported structure fire on the 500 block of Mead Lane. Upon arrival, a single-story residence with two additions were fully involved. After confirming that all of the occupants had safely evacuated, the home crews began an aggressive fire attack and were able to keep the blaze contained to the primary structure. However, a neighboring home did sustain minimal damage to the exterior. Firefighters battled the blaze for approximately an hour and a half before the fire was called under control.   No injuries…
