Falls gets five years in child porn case

BULLHEAD CITY – A Bullhead City man will spend five years in prison for downloading and possessing child pornography. The punishment was imposed during a Friday, Feb. 16 sentencing hearing for Ian Falls, 38. Mohave County Superior Court Judge Derek Carlisle also ordered that Falls will serve 20 years of probation following prison and must register as a sex offender for life. Homeland Security notified Bullhead City police about child pornography transmission activity at Falls’ residence in the 600 block of Palo Verde Dr. Falls was arrested following SWAT team assisted execution of a search warrant at the home on…
