BULLHEAD CITY – Next of kin has been notified and Bullhead City police have released the name of the local man who was fatally injured when the motorcycle he was operating was struck by a vehicle. Police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said Michal Vasconcellos, 60, was dead at the scene of the Nov. 18 traffic accident on highway 95 at Corwin Rd.
