KINGMAN – Attorneys assembling Tuesday for jury selection for trial in Mohave County Superior Court resolved the case instead by plea agreement instead. Monte Anderson, 53, Kingman, pleaded guilty to three counts of indecent exposure involving an eight-year-old girl. A sexual conduct with a minor charge is dismissed. Public Defender Paul Amann said Anderson always denied engaging in any sexual activity with the girl, but conceded being naked in her presence on the three occasions in question. LAKE HAVASU CITY – A Lake Havasu City man was fatally injured when the motorcycle he was operating struck a cow north of Kingman last Thursday, Dec. 7, according to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO). Agency spokeswoman Anita Mortensen said deputies responded at 6:15 p.m. to the accident in the vicinity of milepost 27 on Stockton Hill Road.
