KINGMAN – The City Council expects more information from the company proposing a new four-year revenue sharing agreement to place its rental scooters back on the streets of Kingman. Several dozen of the rental scooters were pulled from the community last month following expiration of the initial agreement with Bird Rides, Inc. Bird Executive Kylee Floodman told council members Sept. 5 that the Kingman-placed scooters provided nearly 10,000 rides over some 18 months.
