KINGMAN, Ariz. – Angel Manor Celebrated 25 years of helping women and men with children get sober and clean Saturday, Aug. 15, at College Park Community Center in Kingman.
“It all started with me 25 years ago,” began Wendy Rapp Weaver, Director of Angel Manor.
A memorial service was held for one mother, Tracy, who died from lung cancer while living in Angel Manor. She was estranged from her son, Ryan, at the time, but he and his family was there to remember his mom.


Everyone present seemed to enjoy themselves, especially the girls who had either graduated from the program and those still going through the process.
City Councilman Shawn Savage and his wife Robin, joined in the celebration, as did Joe and Kathy Burns from Church on the Street.
