Lake Havasu City supports community Needs Assessment Survey

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Arizona Youth Partnership provides residents with a Community Needs Assessment survey to aid in how Arizona Youth Partnership implements drug and alcohol prevention efforts for the youth of Lake Havasu City.

Arizona Youth Partnership, a non-profit organization in Lake Havasu City, has been awarded a federal grant from SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration) to prevent the onset and reduce the progression of substance abuse and its related problems while strengthening prevention capacity and infrastructure at the community level. The grant is intended to address one of the nation’s top substance abuse priorities – underage drinking and substance abuse and misuse.

Residents of Lake Havasu City are encouraged to complete the survey, voice their opinions and be a part of making a difference for the youth in the community at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/LakeHavasuCityImpactSurvey.

Surveys close on January 31. For more information or questions, please contact Ricarda DeAnda at 928-846-1462 or by email at Ricarda@azyp.org.
