Andy Devine Award winners announced Saturday in Kingman

KINGMAN, Ariz. – Contestants, friends, family members and Kingman residents gathered inside the beautifully renovated Beale Theater in their best attire Saturday, Oct. 3. They were there to celebrate all the nominees and winners of the Andy Devine awards and to hear the great vocals of Candace Devine and her band, Ponderosa Grove.

After the Andy Devine awards ceremony Saturday evening, all the winners met in the lobby for a group photo. Front row-  Ricky Johnson, Fairway Mortgage- Ambassador of The Year; Bradlee McEuen, Real Broker- Business Person of the Year. Back row:

At the Andy Devine Awards Saturday evening at the Beale Theater in Kingman, Citizen of the Year was awarded to Wendy Weaver, Director of Angel Manor for housing and helping with the recovery of those struggling with drugs and alcohol for 25 years.  Presenting the award was Chamber of Commerce CEO Becky Fawson.
