KINGMAN, Ariz. – The Mohave County Library Kingman Branch will host A Night at the Library, celebrating America’s 250th birthday on Wednesday, Aug. 12. This special event will feature a powerful display of 18 historic Revolutionary-era flags that helped shape America’s identity during its fight for independence. Each flag will be accompanied by a curated storyboard detailing its origin, meaning, and pivotal role in history.
From symbols of unity and resistance to powerful declarations of liberty and resolve, these banners offer a moving glimpse into the ideals, struggles, and triumphs that defined the birth of the United States. Light refreshments will be served for adults 21 and over.
The event will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Pre-sale $20, at the door $25. The library is located at 3269 Burbank St. For more information call 928-692-2665.
