Night Work Scheduled Along E. Andy Devine Avenue for Utility Installation

KINGMAN – The City of Kingman would like to inform residents and motorists of upcoming nighttime work along E. Andy Devine Avenue related to utility installation.

Crews will be installing overhead telecommunications lines near 2015 and 2032 E. Andy Devine Avenue, a process that supports internet and cable service infrastructure in the area. Work is scheduled to begin at 9:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27, 2026, and is expected to conclude by 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

Traffic control devices and message boards will be in place beginning April 27 along E. Andy Devine Avenue between North Stockton Hill Road, East Hualapai Mountain Road and Fairgrounds Boulevard to help guide motorists safely through the work zone.

No road closures are anticipated; however, drivers should expect minor delays and are encouraged to use caution when traveling through the area.  Kingman Police officers will be on-site during the work to assist with traffic control and ensure public safety.
