Three arrested in connection with LHC Halloween shooting

LAKE HAVASU CITY – A Halloween evening shooting in Lake Havasu City has led to the arrests of three local residents. Police sergeant Kyle Ridgway said officers responded at 11:52 p.m. on October 31 to the 100 block of Park Avenue.

“Officers determined that the victim had arrived at the location to confront another individual concerning damage to a vehicle that occurred earlier in the evening,” Ridgway said. “During the confrontation, a male subject within a large crowd fired several shots, striking the victim in the leg, before fleeing the scene.”

The victim who reportedly suffered non-life-threatening wounds to a leg was transported to a local hospital before being flown to Phoenix for further treatment.

Investigation led to identification of Tony Davis as the alleged shooter and the 20-year-old was arrested without incident on November 1. He was jailed for attempted murder, aggravated assault, weapons related offenses and possession of drug paraphernalia.

19-year-old Brooklyn Fultz and 18-year-old Hailee Tamborrino were arrested for hindering prosecution. Tamborrino was also charged with possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a deadly weapon while under the age of 21.
