Echelberger retires from LHCPD

The longest employed staff at the Lake Havasu City Police Department I(LHCPD) will be retiring this week. Jill Echelberger has served at LHCPD for 37 years. Her retirement party was held last Thursday, Dec. 19. Pictured with Echelberger is LHCPD Chief Troy Sterling.
