Local Workforce Development Board seeks public comment 

MOHAVE COUNTY – The Local Workforce Development Board is pleased to announce the opening of the public comment period for the new Local Area Workforce Plan. This strategic initiative aims to enhance workforce development and address the employment needs of our community over the next four years.

The Local Area Workforce Plan can be reviewed at the following link Mohave-LaPaz Workforce Development Board under “Mohave-La Paz Workforce Development Area Plan PY2025-2028”.

The Local Area Workforce Plan is a comprehensive framework designed to provide job seekers and local businesses with the training, support, and opportunities they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market.

The public comment period will remain open until August 22nd, 2024. Community members are encouraged to review the plan and provide their feedback. Comments can be submitted via email at smitmi@mohave.gov
