LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Lake Havasu City Police Department Cadet Program received a generous $2,500 donation recently.  Sunny and Sheetal Patel, owners of the Quality Inn presented Chief Troy Stirling with a check to support the Cadet Program. Lake Havasu City appreciates the generous donation by the Patel Family in support of our community’s youth.

“It has been a pleasure to meet this family and learn of their dedication to creating and maintaining a safe and commendable example for other businesses and business owners to follow. Their willingness to collaborate with law enforcement and their continuous support for our youth program shows their dedication to the well-being of our community,” said Chief Troy Stirling.

Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Cadet Program is a career education program for young men and women who are at least 14, completed the 8th grade, and not yet 21 years of age. The Police Cadet Program provides career-oriented experiences, leadership opportunities and community service activities centered on law enforcement careers.
