Thank you for reading The Standard newspaper online!

Some like it hot, some like it cold

Dear Editor,

Valle Vista is a Property Owners Association with by-laws and CL-R’s, so make sure you read them. Also make sure you have your builder get permits from our office before you get them from Mohave County. That way you will get started here by following our by-laws and CL-R’s.

We have a nice community church, a 72-hole golf course and clubhouse, and a park and pool. We have a small fire station that doesn’t believe in fire hazards.

There are at least two wineries in the area. We play bocce ball and bingo and darts that the community can get involved in and meet their neighbors.

Valle Vista is a volunteer community and needs more younger volunteers to take over for the old ones.

There is a lot of land for sale, some with water and electricity, and most without those amenities.

We have hot weather and cold. Oh! I forgot. We also have wind and very little rain.

So hurry up and move to Valle Vista so I don’t have to volunteer anymore.

Welcome to our beautiful Valle Vista community.

Kim Gaines
