KINGMAN – Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) deputies arrested Jacob Patrick Frazell, 26, of Kingman on Wednesday morning, July 29 for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant, all felonies.

According to a MCSO spokesperson, at approximately 1:00 a.m., deputies contacted Frazell in the area of Swan Drive and Bluebird Lane. A record check showed Frazell to have a felony warrant for possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia issued by Kingman Justice Court.

A search revealed Frazell to be in possession of a plastic bag containing marijuana and a syringe containing a black substance that he admitted to be heroin.
