Mission Bank pays it forward with annual school supply drive

MOHAVE COUNTY – Mission Bank is hosting its 18th Annual School Supply Drive. Usually, donors are encouraged to drop off needed school supplies and/or financial donations to Mission Bank branches throughout Mohave County, where they are gathered and distributed to needy area families.

This year, Mission Bank will not be soliciting donations, but is funding the entire project. They are purchasing necessary supplies from a vendor who is practicing CDC guidelines and will have everything shipped directly to local area school districts to minimize the risk of coronavirus exposure.

“We realize so many local families are experiencing hardship during this unprecedented time in our country. This is why Mission Bank’s Annual School Supply Drive is more important than ever! We want to extend our deepest thanks to the community for their generosity in past years. We are paying it forward!” said a Mission Bank spokesperson.
