Sting brings 15 years for sex offense

KINGMAN – Another defendant snagged in an investigation where a male detective posed as a 13-year-old girl is going to the Arizona Department of Corrections for sex offense convictions. Mohave County Superior Court Judge Rick Lambert imposed a 15-year prison term Monday for Shane McHone, 30, Kingman. Judge Lambert also sentenced McHone to lifetime probation once his prison sentence is completed, agreeing with prosecutor Karolina Czaplinska who said the convict should be monitored to make certain he doesn’t target minors again. Spokeswoman Anita Mortensen said dispatch received multiple calls just before 6:00 a.m. Tuesday that a residential structure was burning in the 8400 block of W. State offers assistance grant to restaurants, bars

Last week Governor Doug Ducey issued an Executive Order aimed to help struggling restaurants and bars navigate and survive the COVID-19 pandemic. “Restaurants and bars have been one of the hardest hit industries when it comes to mitigating the pandemic,” Supervisor Buster Johnson stated.
