BULLHEAD CITY – The Colorado River Union High School District (CRUHSD) governing board is accepting applications to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of board member Pat Young, who stepped down in September.  He was first elected in November 2018 and took office in January 2019. Local charged in five-person fatal

A Kingman man faces prosecution for the traffic accident that killed 5 bicyclists in southern Nevada last Thursday. The Mohave County Sheriff’s office says 45-year-old Jordan Barson was arrested in the Kingman area about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. The Associated Press reports the Clark County District Attorney’s office has charged Barson with a dozen felony offenses, alleging he was high on methamphetamine when the box truck he was driving struck a group of bicyclists on Highway 95, between Searchlight and Boulder City.
