William “Bill” George Rienerth

William “Bill” George Rienerth, also known as “Drifty,” 76, passed away suddenly from an accident on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

Bill was born on March 5, 1949 in Youngstown, OH, the son of Herman and Arlene (Hetrick) Rienerth. He graduated from Flowing Wells High School in 1967 before going on to serve in the Vietnam War with the US Navy on the USS Ranger (CVA-61).

He worked in many areas of the southwest with the Local 669 Sprinkler Fitters Union before retiring to Kingman, where he always had a project he was working on and a pack of dogs by his side. 

Bill is survived by his wife Robin; brother Herman; a son, daughter Monica; step-son Andy; grandchildren; family and friends. 

Services will be on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, Nevada. Please call the Veterans Memorial (702) 486-5920 for directions.

Sutton Memorial Funeral Home is handling his arrangements.
