Veteran nonprofit to host meet and greet

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Echo Group Band of Brothers wants the Lake Havasu community to know that they are here to support our local veterans. The founders of the nonprofit Steve Baird and Stacy Lee are two former veterans dedicated to connecting those who have served our country through their ongoing activities.

Baird is a Marine veteran from Santa Maria, California who has been helping homeless veterans with their challenges, suicide prevention assistance, and provides support to veteran owned businesses. Former Desert Storm veteran, Lee, serves as their Co-President as well as the chapter president for both Arizona and second metaverse chapters.

The two along with three other former veterans on their board, continue to grow their organization throughout the nation.  Currently, the veteran organization has chapters in California and Tennessee.

It’s that time of year for the nonprofit’s opening night. The team is welcoming current active veterans, former ones, and family members of soldiers to be added to their rosters.

Free food and drink will be provided until it runs out. Echo Group Band of Brothers Opening Night event will be taking place on Friday, September 6 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Sara Park.

Echo Group Band of Brothers welcomes everyone to this annual occasion and see for themselves their solid support system and unity they have created for our veterans in need.
