Mohave County Hospital District One to meet today

KINGMAN – Hospital District Number One of Mohave County (HDOMC) has scheduled a special meeting on Thursday, August 29 at 4 p.m. The meeting will be held at Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) in the H.I. Johnson board room, 3269 Stockton Hill Rd.

According the published agenda the board will consider and possibly vote on an additional intergovernmental agreement between The District Board, Kingman Regional Medical Center whose parent is Kingman Hospital, Inc. (KHI).

and Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (ACCCHS) Administration.

The agenda states the agreement requires the hospital district to provide $2,269,250 to KRMC for an additional KRMC/District Board Graduate Medical Education. This amount is in addition to $1.3 million advanced to the hospital in July and August for a similar intergovernmental agreement ending June 30, 2025.
