Valles gets five years for child porn

Richard Valles

BULLHEAD CITY – Possession of child pornography results in a five-year prison term for a Bullhead City man. The punishment imposed Oct. 6 by Mohave County Superior Court Judge Derek Carlisle was mandated in a plea agreement convicting Richard Valles, 43, of two charges reduced to attempted exploitation of a minor.

Other charges are dismissed in the deal resolving the case arising from seizure of images from devices during a May search of Valles’ home in the 300 block of Rio Grande Court. Judge Carlisle ordered that Valles will serve 20 years probation upon his release from prison.
