Forgive and forget is an idiom that suggests even after letting go of any form of anger, bitterness, resentment, and or disappointment, the ability to forget can be contrary to our human nature.
It’s not difficult to become unmotivated in life. The death of a spouse, health debilitation, financial hardship and many more reasons can take the wind from our sails.
It is just another case in point Donald Trump uses tariffs to punish those he doesn’t like. Ending trade talks with Canada, one of our biggest trade partners, fuming over them airing video of Ronald Reagan opposing tariffs and supporting free trade.
