KINGMAN — The Kingman man wounded in an April 30 officer-involved shooting flown to Las Vegas for treatment of his injuries has died. The death of Jeremy Muse, 36, is confirmed by the Kingman Police Department and the Mohave County Attorney’s Office.

KINGMAN – The Kingman Police Department has announced that it has been awarded a $34,502 grant from the Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety for DUI/Impaired Driving Enforcement. The grant funds will be used to pay for officer’s overtime costs for enhanced targeted DUI and impaired driving enforcement throughout the City of Kingman from October 1, 2024 – September 30, 2025. The goal of the Impaired Driving Program is to reduce alcohol and drug related driving fatalities and injuries through enforcement, education, and public awareness throughout the State of Arizona.
KINGMAN – The Kingman Police Department took reports of rumors of a threat of a school shooting targeting Kingman Middle School. Kingman Police School Resource Officers conducted a thorough investigation to determine the source of the rumors and determined that the threat is not credible. Mohave County Sheriff’s Office also received a report of rumors of a school shooting targeting Kingman High School. Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Investigators investigated the threat to its fullest
