LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Soroptimists of Lake Havasu City will be hosting ‘Swing for Soroptimists,’ a charity golf tournament Saturday, Jan. 24. The event will be held at Lake Havasu Golf Club (LHGC) – west course, and is co-sponsored by Anderson Automotive and Powersports Group. Proceeds will benefit women and girls in Lake Havasu City.
Cost is $120 per person or $100 for LHGC premier members. Entry includes donuts at check in, a goodie bag, green fees, golf cart, and lunch. There will also be a 50/50 drawing and raffles.
Prizes will be awarded for first and second place, closest to the pin, and longest drives for both men and women’s divisions.
Check in begins at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Lunch will be provided following the tournament.
Sponsorships are available starting at $150 for hole sponsors; key sponsorships are $1,000 and title sponsorships are $2,500. Key and title sponsors will receive signage and special mention.
