LHC Aquatic Center launches 6th concert season

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Bringing in the new year, the Aquatic Center’s concert series will be making a musical return featuring star studded tribute acts performing famous popular tunes.  

The annual Lake Havasu events have managed to stay a community favorite. The shows will be entering their sixth season drawing large numbers of attendees eager to sing along, and dance to their favorite melodies. As of April 2026, the monthly performances will showcase 26 bands and artists.

The first band of the show’s energetic season will be Eagles cover band One of these Nights. Paying homage to the Rock n’ Roll Hall of famers, the Chicago and Phoenix based members are well-known for being one of the highest quality Eagles tribute acts in the U.S.  

Attendees will have a chance to listen to Billboard charting hits like Life in the Fast Lane, Hotel California, and Already Gone. The following week, fans of Elton John and Billy Joel will be in for a treat for duo tribute musicians Piano Men. Combining two legendary singers, get geared up to hear classics like Your Song, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, and some of Joel’s masterpieces too like Movin’ Out, She’s Always a Woman. and plenty more.  

Bringing you songs from recent Inspirational Lifetime Achievement honoree Neil Diamond, will be Hot August Night. This will be the fourth show of the January performances. Fans of the 1970s pop icon can chant and groove to hits like Cracklin’ Rosie, Forever in Blue Jeans. Let’s not forget that good times never felt so good when you join in the chorus of the always crowd-pleasing Sweet Caroline.

The sixth annual concert series is set to open on Friday, January 9. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show will begin promptly at 7 p.m. at the Aquatic Center located on 100 Park Avenue.

Lead vocalist of One of these Nights, J.D. Madrid, is excited to perform an unforgettable show. The tribute singer wanted to share some heartfelt words regarding their 2026 concert “We can’t wait to perform! So, take it easy, get yourself a peaceful, easy feeling because we’re going take it to the limit. We hope to see the crowds then,” Madrid said.
