KINGMAN – Mohave County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) deputies arrested Mark Gordon King, 48, of Meadview, for criminal trespassing, burglary, and two counts of theft/ control of stolen property, all felonies.
On October 31, deputies responded to a residence in the 4200 block of N. Bond St. after receiving a call from the property owner, who advised that he does not live at the residence. According to an MCSO press release, when the property owner came to check on the property, he found a man living in the residence and several vehicles on the property. King allegedly told deputies he had rented the property from someone online, and provided a lease agreement with the property owner’s signature.
The property owner advised that the signature on the document was not his and he had never given anyone permission to stay on the property. The handwriting on the lease agreement appeared to match King’s.
A search of the residence revealed approximately $10,000 worth of property was missing that had been locked inside the garage and home including a car hauler that was reported stolen out of California and a green Dodge Ram truck that was reported stolen in Mohave County.
That goes to show that people just don’t care because directly across the street from the house in question lives a Kingman Police Detective and he did not care what goes on in his own neighborhood,he most likely don’t even know that the person who wrote about the how a mans life ruined by lies lives on his street because he don’t get involve with his neighbors
Goes to show you even when they commit crimes right in front of firemen and police that they look the other way ,,,that’s why more police men and firemen are now being arrested because they are not above the law
