Sound The Alarm. Save A Life.

Red Cross offers free smoke alarms, installation, and battery replacement

LAKE HAVASU CITY – The Lake Havasu City Fire Department has announced that the local Red Cross and its volunteers are launching an initiative in Lake Havasu City called “Sound the Alarm. Save a Life.” The initiative aims to install free smoke alarms, replace batteries in existing alarms, educate families about fire prevention safety, and more.

Residents are invited to contact the American Red Cross at their local number (-928-779-0568 (please leave a message if there is no answer) and a Red Cross volunteer will return your call, answer any questions you have, and schedule an appointment as needed. Callers are asked to remember that this is a free service provided by volunteers.  Anyone interested in volunteering for the program can call the same number to find out more.
