BULLHEAD CITY – Parents and students in the Bullhead City School District who use mobile apps for their ParentVue and StudentVue accounts will be prompted to update those apps by the summer. ParentVue is an online portal that gives parents and students access to grades, assignments, attendance, and communication with teachers.
Parents and students will receive prompts to download the new mobile app for Android or iOS (Apple) devices. Users will also be instructed to delete the old ParentVue and Student apps. The current mobile apps will continue to function but will be fully retired over the summer. After that, the old apps will no longer work for the upcoming school year.
Current usernames and passwords should function when logging into the updated apps. If someone can’t remember a password, or needs a reset, they should click on the “forgot password” icon before contacting their school for help.
Synergy, which operates ParentVue and StudentVue, is the platform used by students, parents and employees, for student information management, registration and other tasks. For example, a child’s absence can be reported to the school in ParentVue. It can also be used to update changes to phone numbers, emails and mailing addresses, so parents never miss out on important communications from a school.
