Mobile home fire under investigation

BULLHEAD CITY – On Saturday, October 19, at approximately 9:38 a.m, Bullhead City Fire Department crews were dispatched to the report of a structure fire in the 800 block of Sea Spray Dr. Engine 711’s crew arrived first on the scene reporting a single-wide mobile home about 30% involved with active fire.

Quickly performing a complete search around the structure confirming that no one was inside of the home, firefighters began attacking the blaze utilizing the deck gun and pre-connected hose line. Additional crews arrived on the scene, and provided assistance with the knockdown and overhaul process. According to a press release, it appeared that the fire may have started at the rear of the home. There were no injuries reported during the incident, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation at this time.
