BULLHEAD CITY – A Bullhead City an died from fire-related injuries Friday, Aril 24. Bullhead City firefighters responded to a doublewide mobile home fire in the 1400 block of Verde Dr., where heavy flames were coming out of the windows and roof.
According to a fire department spokesperson, one person had safely evacuated the residence before firefighters arrived, who reported that a man was still inside the burning home. The male fire victim was extracted from the home and transported to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center, where he died from his injuries.
The cause of the fire is known at this time and remains under investigation. The name of the deceased person is withheld pending next of kin notification.

Then the last paragraph also sports a glaring mistake.

Your faux pas (using the incorrect word… “known” instead of “unknown”) changes the entire context of the story.
Two glaring, obvious mistakes in such a short article makes it vety apparent that attention to detail is virtually non-existent.
