Mayhem Madness

The 4th Annual Mayhem Motorcycle Rally brought hundreds of riders to Bullhead City last weekend despite a bit of rough weather Saturday afternoon that saw heavy rainfall and some flash flooding in the region. The annual event which kicked off Thursday with a ride along by Bullhead City Mayor Steve D’amico leading the official kickoff of the event.

Thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts descended on the tri-state area starting in Bullhead City where the headquarters for the event was set up in community Park with the convention Center being used for the Ink Mayhem Tattoo convention formerly hosted in the famed Colorado Belle. Throughout the weekend all manner of bikes and riders took to the roads and highways travelling from Laughlin all the way to Lake Havasu City and all points in between.

One participant lost their life in a freak accident at Ramar Road and Hwy 95 according to Bullhead City Police who reported the incident on their Facebook page. Beyond that the event was a huge success raising money for veterans with their annual Poker Run and many other side events that had the city packed with bikes from end to end. Photos by Kane Wickham
