MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave College held its annual Mathlympics event, where local high school students compete in challenging math assessments. The event took place on the Kingman Campus on Friday, May 1, with students participating from Lake Havasu City, Mohave Valley, Needles and Parker.

Six schools participated, including River Valley High School, Needles High School, Lake Havasu High School, Academy of Building Industries High School, Parker High School and Needles High School. Awards were given to the top scorer from each school, individual subject levels, an engineering competition and the overall top school.
