Mark Kelly is within his rights

Dear Editor,

In response to the individuals who say Senator Mark Kelly should be tried for treason, they should stop and think about what was said in the video. It reminded all service people they took an oath to the Constitution of the United States of America.

Also, it should be remembered they are under the Uniform Code of Justice; this code can be purchased on Amazon for anyone who wants to see what it says about illegal orders.

In addition, how about this. A three-star general, Michael Flynn was fired from the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2014 for misconduct. In 2015 he accepted $45,000 to attend a dinner in Moscow and sat next to Putin. In 2016 at the Republican Convention he lead a chant “Lock Her Up.” Is this not wrong for a three-star general?

In addition, in 2016 as an unregistered foreign agent he pleaded guilty to the FBI about his Russian contacts. For this he was pardoned by the President; no it was not Biden. Then in 2020 he attempted to tell Trump to use the military to overturn the election. If Captain/Senator Mark Kelly is tried for treason why not Lt. General Michael Flynn? All of the above can be looked up for verification.
