Man allegedly choked wife in front of child

FORT MOHAVE – Mohave County Sheriff’s Office Deputies arrested Kenneth Francis Mohs, 53, of Fort Mohave, for aggravated assault per domestic violence on Thursday, Oct. 17.

According to a Mohave County Sheriff’s Office press release, the victim reported to officers that she had been in a verbal argument with her husband, Mohs. She stated that she had her back to Mohs, when he came up behind her, placed his hands around her throat, and began choking her. The victim was able to get away and Mohs left.A child at the residence was able to confirm the victim’s statement.

Deputies made contact with Mohs at another residence 5500 block of Ruby St., where Mohs was arrested.
