LHC seeking interest from contractors for housing rehab program

LAKE HAVASU CITY – Lake Havasu City is seeking general contractors interested in bidding on Community Development Block Grant Housing Rehabilitation projects. Projects generally consist of home improvements, including flooring, kitchen, bathroom, HVAC, and roofing, among other similar improvements.  Contractors must meet the following criteria:

·                     All contractors must be licensed and insured

·                     All contractors must be in good standing with the Registrar of Contractors

·                     All contractors must have a valid City business license

·                     All contractors must have an IRS Tax ID (EIN) and a DUNS Number

All contractors on the list of qualified and approved contractors are notified in writing, phone, or person of any bid invitation.

The CDBG Program is a federally funded program, administered by Lake Havasu City.
