Lake Havasu City hosts career fair for city employment opportunities

applicants waiting

LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz. – Lake Havasu City invites community members to explore career opportunities in local government during its upcoming Career Fair on Friday, August 28, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Aquatic Center, Relics and Rods Hall, located at 100 Park Avenue.

This Career Fair is dedicated exclusively to employment opportunities within the Lake Havasu City municipality and offers community members the opportunity to meet City staff, learn about the services they provide, and explore the wide variety of careers that support City operations. Attendees can ask questions about career paths, the knowledge, skills, and experience associated with different roles, opportunities for professional growth, and the City’s hiring process.

Visitors are welcome to arrive at any time throughout the day and are not required to stay for the duration of the event.

Human Resources staff will be available to answer questions, provide guidance on the application process, and share information about current employment opportunities, including position requirements, minimum qualifications, and compensation, as well as to learn about future career opportunities.

The Career Fair is free and open to the public. Those interested in current or future career opportunities with Lake Havasu City are encouraged to attend. Current employment opportunities are also available on the City’s website at www.lhcaz.gov

For more information, contact HR Manager Kori Vogt at 928-732-0964 or email vogtk@lhcaz.gov.
