Foothills Bank announces promotion of Kingman leader to EVP, CBO

KINGMAN — Foothills Bank has announced the promotion of Dan Del Monaco to EVP, Chief Banking Officer, effective immediately. With 18 years of experience in banking and 11 years with Foothills Bank, most recently as a Regional President, Del Monaco brings years of expertise in commercial banking, team leadership, and local economic development.

“I’m really excited to keep growing with this team and continuing the work we’ve been doing in Arizona’s communities,” Del Monaco said. “It means a lot to be able to support local businesses and build strong relationships with the people behind them. Arizona is my home, so being able to give back and be part of its growth is something I’m truly proud of.”

Del Monaco began his banking career as a branch manager and expanded his expertise into commercial banking, working closely with businesses and communities across Arizona to support their financial goals. His entire career has been rooted in the Arizona banking community, giving him a deep understanding of the local market.

“Dan has done an incredible job as our Regional President for Mohave and Yavapai Counties and we are excited to see him step into his new role to lead our state-wide commercial banking team,” said Brian M. Riley, Foothills Bank President and CEO. “He understands the unique needs of our state and his dedication to our communities and clients truly sets him apart.”
