KINGMAN – On September 7, Kingman held September’s First Friday starting at 5:30 up until the party died down. Keeping this month’s theme; Cowboy Carnival, many local country artists such as Dessert Sky at the Beer Garden and Shane Zen could be found scattered around Beale Street; Other artists could be found in many more areas of Beale Street, including The Cellar Door, Rickety Cricket Brewing, and West of 3rd.

The Kingsmen Rodeo community could be found on the Community Block between Third and Fourth Street with their Kingsmen Andy Devine Pro Rodeo Royalty, Queen Alyssa Tudor, and Teen Queen Sydney Humble. Free mini-games are always located throughout Beale Street, and for $10, bouncy houses are available to your child for the entire night. The Standard Newspaper once again dropped water balloons at The Patio. Wheels on Beale took place on Second Street, and roller skate rentals were available.

First Friday had a new advancement to the event this month: Garage Road. Car shows will now be held between First and Second Street. Behind Thunder Rode, more booths can be found. Band 8 Kilo Cat also played behind the shop.
